So after the worst nights sleep so far I'm desperate!! I'm 36 weeks tomorrow and have SPD which seems to kick in at night. I'm finding that when I lie on my left side I wake up about 5 or 6 times in the night in agony with hips and pelvic pain! I'm also getting stronger bh at night as well. I'm averaging about 6 hours but last night it was more like 3 :(. I try and sleep with a cushion between my legs but it dosen't seem to help! Does anyone have any ideas to help? I really don't want another 4 - 6 weeks of this :(
