Who is hiding their pregnancy this Xmas? What's your excuse for not boozing ;) ?!?

Just found out last week I'm pg with DC number 2. Very early, max 4 weeks probably, haven't even been to docs yet gonna wait till after Xmas but had a BFP
I just know I'm gonna get found out when I decline a glass of wine as we're staying with PIL for a week.
I feel it is too early to announce it but no idea how I'm gonna get away with it!!

That is also possible! Although she was pretty drunk before the party even started!

What is that antibiotic used for?

I also made the mistake of drinking on metronidazole before and never again! I had it after having dental work and DH was prescribed it for a suspected abcess, I think it's pretty hardcore.

I'm 33 weeks now so certainly not hiding anything but in the early weeks I would always blame a recent 'heavy night' that had put me off drinking, or said that a family member/friend was relying on me for a lift in an emergency so I had to stay sober. Managed until 16 weeks before coming clean.

How did it go ladies? Did you manage to get through the day unnoticed?

No one even bloody noticed! I think because I was actually so rough with cold no one expected me to drink luckily! Still with the PILs but tend to drive everyday for some reason or other so even though I'm feeling much better I still have a good excuse not to drink
