Hi I thought I'd turn to your guys again as you were so much help last time.
I'm just under 15 weeks pregnant and I'm having back pain in my lower back. I've had no spotting since about 7 weeks and no pain, but I'm still concerned.
I am not booked in for my next scan until 22 weeks so will not be able to see the little one for ages yet!!! My last scan was at 12 weeks and the baby measured 12.5cm - isn't that a bit big??

Hi cath, I had lower back pain very early on in pregnancy. Pretty soon after, I started getting shooting pains in my inner thighs - turned out to be SPD, which is pretty common. This may be helpful

If it's just your back that's the problem try here

Hope this helps. Don't worry about it being a sign that something is wrong - unfortunately back pain is just one of the nasty side effects of pregnancy However, there are things you can do to ease it and stop it from getting much worse. I spent most of my pregnancy in nice warm baths!
