Full of the cold

Just that really. Feel crap. But as this is my first pregnancy (and I'm a bit new to all this), does any illness I have affect the babies in any way? (I'm 30+3 with twins)

A cold won't do any damage. Take some paracetamol and drink plenty of fluids. Hope you feel better soon!
