I'm 5 weeks + 3 into my first pregnancy... And apart from feeling tired and hungrier than normal I have absolutely no symptoms whatsoever! I actually feel better than ever! My sister-in-law is one/two weeks ahead of me and has been so sick she's been in hospital! Is it normal for me not to have anything? I keep re-testing just to make sure because it seems so strange! I'm probably worrying myself over nothing, but after wanting this baby so much, I'm scared it's too good to be true!

I would say being tired and hungry are symptoms. Everyone talks about morning sickness, but I know I didn't really have it. With number one, I remember feeling a bit queasy one night at work, and the same with number 2, and I did actually vomit once with him.

I think that 5 weeks is fairly early for morning sickness is quite early anyway. You make have the joys of that in a few weeks!

I am also 5+3 but this is my second pregnancy. I also have no symptoms really. I feel sick if I'm in a car and I am a tad more tired but nothing really. I think with my last pregnancy it didn't hit until later but I also keep panicking that I should feel more by now. Having said that my boobs have started to feel sore this morning. Last time that was my first symptom at 4 wks. Every pregnancy seems to be different. Smile

I could have posted this a few weeks ago I'm now 7 plus 5 and feel awful lol. All day nausea, falling asleep at the drop of a hat and don't want to eat anything. I would say enjoy it as if you do get symptoms it might be in a few weeks or you might be one of the lucky ones :) and Congratulations on your pregnancy xx

Be happy that your little one is not hard to carry, but being tired and hungry are one of the symptoms.
