Before pregnancy I have had cramp about 3 times in my life and now at 32 weeks I am being woken by it every night and in the day it constantly feels like my calves are tight and seizing up. any tips for easing this cramp?

Magnesium pills (can buy any supermarket), have had zero leg cramps since starting to take them!

Eat bananas. The potassium is supposed to help

Hi naomi88,

I've just bumped up a similar thread to this that was posted a week or so ago which has been a god send to me. If it's not there when you look, search for '25 weeks and leg cramps are the Bain of my life'. I've managed to get rid of my cramp before it takes hold ever since I read that post. Xxxx
