You can eat up to 4 cans of tuna per week or 2 fresh steaks.

Something popped up on my news feed on fb saying tuna was a no no but nhs guidelines are as pp said, they haven't changed
I ate tuna and ds is fine

As mentioned you can eat it up to 4 cans a week, but even if it was a "banned" food one spoonful of anything isn't going to do any harm.

I always used this list from the NHS website of what to avoid

www.nhs.uk/conditions/pregnancy-and-baby/pages/foods-to-avoid-pregnant.aspx

I love tuna & couldn't be doing without it! I limit myself to one tuna 'item' a week, which Im sure keeps me well within the NHS 4 tins guidelines.
Im now 13 weeks, happy owner of a healthy scan pic & all is well!
