Clearblue digital: conception indicator stress

This is totally my own fault, but I've fallen into th cbdigital trap. I am 5+4 today, it was icsi so I know the date of conception. Last wednesday, the clear blue said 2-3 so I was all happy and thought CB was a brilliant invention blah blah. I eagerly did another one today looking for the 3+ to appear, and am now panicking because it still reads 2-3. Having googled this extensively it seems this happens quite a bit but obviously it has still worried me and I'm not sure if I would have been better not doing the 2nd test. Despite this I have asked my DH to get another pack of the tests as I now feel the way to make this better is to keep testing until I can see a 3+!

Honestly put them down and walk away....

I got 2-3 up until 8 weeks, then I gave up... was never going to get that 3+ and never did!

I'm now 32 weeks...

I hated them tests, wasted so much money :(

I did this too, I was excitedly counting the days until I could use the test and see the shiny "3+" reading but when I tested it came up as 2-3 again, which caused me to panic and cry etc. I wasn't brave enough to try another test at a later date but I'm now 22+3 with a healthy young madam.
Please don't worry, they are shit :)

Thank you, this is exactly what I needed to hear!

They are rubbish. I never got 3+ either but stopped after my second 2-3 following advice on here. I'm 23+6!

Step away! Flowers

Congratulations! Don't worry providing everything else is ok. It happens because it measures levels of hCG, which is produced in pregnancy by the cells that eventually become the placenta, and compares it with a 'normal' level for that time after conception. In reality everyone varies a lot in their individual levels at different times.

Step away from the tests!!!!
