After on off bleeding last week I had scan at 7.4 days on Friday they said couldn't see anything like s sac but lots of blood and clots we have chosen to wait and not have intervention . But I am still not bleeding properly the only blood there is dark dark blood no clots and only inside don't even need a pad . Pregnacy test still show 3* and feel very pregnant in fact getting worse . Surly I should be bleeding properly . My husband is not convince I have miscarried any one anything like this ? X

I'm not sure. I would think at 7+4 that something would be visible on a scan at this stage usually a heartbeat can be seen. Have you not been booked for another scan?

Yes in 2 weeks it's just fact she said there was so much blood and I am not bleeding . I just want it to happen now so I can move on I feel so pregNant yesterday I cried all day .

You should be able to see a sac and HB at 7w but unfortunately if the baby has just died, your hormone levels will still be high and cause symptoms (as well as the positive test.

If your body hasn't realised yet, your cervix will still be closed and the miscarriage may not pass for a little while. Given time, you probably will bleed but it's not possible to predict when.
