Where on earth do you buy Maternity work trousers?!!

I went shopping today (Cribbs Causeway Bristol) and the only places that had maternity stuff was H&M which was a load of rubbish and Topshop where I picked up a pair of Leigh Mat Jeans. I could not find work trousers anywhere! Even trusty old Next let me down!
Does anyone have any recommendations for good fitting ones? I'm a bit fussy with trousers so I'd rather try them on before buying rather than ordering from Asos or somewhere.

Thanks!

I got Black mat trousers from next and got grey suit mat trousers on ebay (ex-debenhams stock). worn the grey ones almost almost daily to go with my suit jacket and they've lasted well... Only a week in work to go! :-)

I find it very frustrating that most stores do not stock maternity and everyone just sends you online.

After a search I have ordered 3 pairs of pants from New Look, tried them at home and kept the best fitting one and today I am going to return the ones which do not fit so great.

I think that is the only way. To order online multiple of styles and see what fits.

Some New Looks are stocking maternity, and I have tried some stuff there but they might no have your size etc.

The other fact is that most of the work pants I have seen are black only. I can not imagine to wear for upcoming 4-5 months black pants everyday. In regular pants I had multitude of colors, grays, purples, burgundys, browns, beiges....

Mothercare for mine - was the only place I could find a pair to try on and buy without ordering and waiting (had important event at work with not much notice, and jeans wouldn't cut it). They're ok, not the best fit and definitely not worth the money, but they were physically there instead of ordering six different styles/sizes online with a possible delivery date of next day if you take the day off work to sit in and wait for delivery/have nice neighbours at home during the day and then have to return all of them anyway cos none of them fit and were decent quality, looking at you, New Look Angry

Alternatively if you're not that big yet, bigger size in normal trousers? A friend got trousers from the Classic type ranges at Debenhams and M&S - aimed at older ladies with elasticated waistbands - and she finds them ok still (she's 20wks). Didn't work for me but suppose it depends on your shape/size...
