I've just read about caesarians in a hospital booklet I was given that there is a risk of the placenta growing into previous CS scar tissue and that this risk increases with each CS/pregnancy. This will be my 4th CS. Has anyone else out there had 4 CS's? It said in the leaflet that it can be life threatening as they wouldn't be able to get the placenta out and would have to do a hysterectomy, would they do this under spinal block ect as I plan to be awake for the delivery?
Thanks x
