Lemon and ginger tea-safe to drink?

Hi, I've been finding that lemon and ginger tea helps calm my stomach (am 6 weeks pregnant). However, I've read a few posts on the internet which suggest it might not be. Just wondered if anyone knew? Thanks

In the nicest possible way, you need to stop worrying! How do you think lemon or ginger in tiny quantities are going to do?

from 7 months on it really helped me and I did some amazing burps !!!! It was a hassle finding ginger ale over here ( Italy) and I never shared it with DH . Now I can't stand the stuff !
