We've got a massive bag of Kale in at the moment, I've had it for the last 2 nights and was planning another portion tonight (to be honest we've got enough in the fridge for the both of us to eat it every day this week!). It's quite tasty and I've been priding myself on superfood and iron intake after eating it.
However I've just been listening to Radio 2 who had a Kale expert on and he sai... I quote... " it's VERY VERY high in vitamin A"!!
Vitamin A is the very reason I having to forgo my beloved chicken liver pate!
Can anyone help?
