I'm really sorry. I believe if you have 3 miscarriages in a row, the doctors will run some tests just to check there aren't any problems - have they mentioned this to you at all? But even if there is an issue, it could be something very treatable - don't give up.

Unfortunately the second one wasn't recorded as it was while I was on holiday and by the time I came back all blood test were negative and scans clear. So officially I've had 2 but I know the one on holiday was one as it was same and the previous. It's starting to make me go crazy it's like a rollacoasrer

Don't give up, my best friend has suffered 3 m/c and 1 ectopic inc having her tube removed today she has just had her 13wk scan and all is well! There is hope I promise. She paid privately to see a specialist who put her on progesterone tablets as low levels of progesterone and m/c is heavily linked. Is there anyway you can see a specialist?? The nhs does make you wait until you have had 3 official m/c unfortunately. I hope it works out for you too xx

Flowers I really wanted to post as i remember that feeling too well. Go & speak to your GP again, you've nothing to lose.

Look after yourself. It will improve, I absolutely promise you. X x x

There's loads they can give you. I took progesterone, steroids, blood thinners and something else.... I forget the last one now, but all that combination is what you take way down the line, they are likely to try you on Asprin first. There's also immunosuppressant drips you can have... I had those as well.

How old are you? Sometimes the quality of the eggs can result in m/c and you can take DHAE tablets for three months before TTC to improve egg quality.... Without that I wouldn't even have gotten pregnant.

I'm over 6 months pregnant with twins now. Do not give up, I am so sorry to think about what you must be going through. X

After my first two mc my GP did loads of tests for infertility and miscarriage, as many as she could to kick start testing for any problems, go to your GP and ask for tests, after the third I was referred (took 12 weeks to get an appointment) to the rmc who put me on progesterone from 7 days post ovulation, It took two cycles after that and I'm now 15 weeks.

It's been a hard long slog of nearly two years, I often felt like just giving up, it was heartwrenching, but you get through, it can and does happen, get as much support as you can from anywhere and these days will become a distant memory! Smile

MissHobart · 15/11/2014 18:51

Oh, I also put myself on 75mg aspirin after the third as this seemed to be standard consultant procedure (can't recommend as am not a doctor but I chose to!)

N1982 · 16/11/2014 14:26

After 1 mc I used serenity natural progesterone cream as soon as I started spotting in second pg. It worked. Might be worth researching if they were early mcs but I used this without professional advice!

mrsshinn88 · 16/11/2014 21:14

Thank you for all your advise I'm 26 my gp seems to think it's just one of those things. It's just heartbreaking. I'm a newborn photographer too so I can't help but think about it

It IS one of those things and you know what - you're one day closer to your baby that sticks. You're good and young. I started trying at 25 and got one that has stuck at 38. I was t trying for all the years in between but did have several miscarriages. You WILL get there. It's good that it's not taking you too long to fall pregnant.

Keep strong. If you need to take some time off do so. But don't let all the people who tell you not to stress get you down. It will happen for you x

mrsshinn88 · 17/11/2014 21:08

Thankyou so much
