Anyone else struggling to pick a name?

I'm expecting our 3rd son and really struggling to find a name for him. I feel like we've already discounted most names in the pregnancies of our other 2 sons and whatever we end up with won't be special to us its just going to be a name for the sake of it not because we love the name.
Anyone else struggling or got a good way of coming up with new names?

We are expecting ds2 and cannot think of a name either hoping once he arrives we will come up with something

We're having DC2 and are struggling with girls' names. We are pretty much ok with boys' names as we have them left over from DD turning out to be a girl. I think we might have reached an agreement for a first name for a girl, but are still working on a middle name that goes and we both agree on.

Expecting dc2 here and we are terribly unimaginative, dc1 was a girl, is dc2 is a girl we are using our second choice from when we were expecting dc1 and if it's a boy we are using our first choice for a boy when pregnant first time. Boring isn't. We had a thirty second conversation about it when we found out we were having another, it went something like this:

"So if it's a girl shall we use the other name? And if it's a boy will just stick with what we chose then?"

"Yep"

"Sorted then"

We haven't talked about since and probably won't until baby arrives.

Haha that's brilliant!

We found it really easy with DD1, and this time would have used the boys name from 1st time round like you ilive but we're having DD2 and now utterly stuck! Fave girls names #1 and #2 are DDs first and middle names!!! Doh!

Ah Mammy classic mistake! Wink We used my nana's name as middle name for dd(it's also mine and my dm's middle name) this time if another girl we will use dh's nanna's name for middle name or if a boy dh's dad's name as middle name (our first choice for boy first name is dh's grandad's name) sorted! We have no name imagination whatsoever really. Although all names involved are nice standard english easy to spell names and that appeals to us, not too long but not impossible to shorten should dc want this. It's really all we wanted, my name is a nightmare, forever having to spell it and can't be shortened which doesn't really bother me but can be awkward when some people desperately try to be chummy and try all sort of weird variation of my name to shorten/nickname, it just doesn't work.
