30 weeks and awful back pain

Anyone else suffering with this at the moment? Come and make me feel better

Back pain is awful at work at the moment particularly in the afternoon. Just constant aching pain in my lower back. I never had this with my first so no idea of what I can do or take to make it less painfu? Any help appreciated !

Oh yes, I'm 32 weeks and currently off work with back pain. It comes on if I walk for an hour or more but it's laid me up for two days now! And then I think I try and compensate for it and so the pain moves around my back.

Currently lying in the midst of a pillow fort so I'll be watching this thread with interest!

It's horrible isn't it? Never had it last time but this time it's agony. I think sitting in an office chair isn't helping but might get some funny looks if I build a pillow fort in my office! Though I am getting to the stage where I won't care!
