Cramps!!!

I'm 14 weeks pg, and every single time I sneeze or even do the smallest cough when I'm lay down I get severe cramp in my uterus! The cramp stays for about 30 seconds and is unbelievably painful! Anybody else had this??

Yup I'm 12 weeks! It's bloody painful, feels like you have pulled something! Completely normal :)

I hold/press the area when I'm sneezing which helps

Also needing a poo can gives me mega sore cramps!

I get an unbelievable pain in the very lowest part of my stomach, like just above the bikini line, if I roll over too fast in bed and sometimes when I sneeze or cough. It only lasts a few seconds and have it at no other times and no bleeding, I put it down to muscles and ligaments loosening as it feels like I pulled something. Or maybe constipation.
