feel like someones sitting on my chest argh!

think im roughly 19 weeks. started getting this pain last week and feel like i cant breathe. hearts racing feel faint dizzy etc. dr said baby might be sitting on chest? on my feet all day at work outside and could cry. anyone know what this is? Smile

You also have more blood rushing around your body so your heart & lungs have to work harder too. Hope it helps

I would be inclined to get this checked out. A 19 week fetus should not make you feel like this. A pulmonary embolism on the other hand can. have you had any calf pain or heat?
