Could this be spd?

Recently I have been finding discomfort down below sorry if tmi! Just has a dull ache for ages mainly night time! Also have a lot of discharge too! Should I talk to mw? I'm 9+5

Until around 12-14 weeks the uterus is tucked behind your pelvic bone. So things get quite cramped and certainly uncomfortable at times. That's quite normal and unless the pain is severe I wouldn't worry about that.

If your discharge seems normal then i wouldn't worry about that either. But if it has a strange colour to it or an offensive smell then that plus your discomfort could indicate an infection. In that case you would need to see your MW who would give you the relevant antibiotics.
