Hi,

Has anybody been to this hospital for their 20 week scan and do they tell you the sex if you want to know?

My neighbour had her daughter there a few weeks ago. They asked at the 20 weeks scan and was told it was a girl

Hi Shanks

Yes they usually ask before they start the scan but it's always worth prompting them! If you want a picture take £2 with you and ask before they start for it.

They have a fab scanner but be prepared for a wait would recommend taking a good book as they are usually a bit behind. I'm having my next scan there on Monday lunchtime!

wow do they tell you there now, they never would 4 years ago - luckily I was under consultant there and she told me

Yes, they will tell you now, policy changed about 3 years ago I think.
