On my way home from work this evening stuck in traffic. Felt quite sick (not that the feeling ever goes away) and the next minute I throw up all over myself about 7 time. It happened so quickly I couldn't stop it or pull over to throw up into a plastic bag
I have to travel on the train to work in a few days and I'm terrified this is going to happen again...
