39 weeks + 3, really strong smelling sour dishcharge. Need to change my undies 3 or 4 times a day. Any recomendations? Can I use canesten?

I would give your midwife a call as you may have an infection that's need to be checked.

Keep yourself well ventilated, no tight clothes in that area and wear cotton underwear.

I agree - it is best to contact the midwife as you may have an infection that needs to be treated.
