18 weeks pregnant and dull achey feeling in low abdomen

I'm having a low achey feeling in my low abdomen. It feels quite uncomfortable, I feel it more when I'm standing up and walking. Is this something to worry about or just one of those pregnancy niggles?

Any advice would be appreciated x x

Possibly just stretching but if it is concerning you call your midwife or maternity ward. They will be able to reassure you/check you out.

They'd rather see you than you worry all weekend.

Yea, I'll keep an eye on it and if it doesn't go or lessen I'll give them a call. Just feel daft for calling about something so little but like you say they would probably rather hear from me than leave it

Hey daisy I'm 18 weeks too and I've been feeling dull aches too, a bit like period pain. I've also felt tightening so I'm not sure if it's just things stretching and growing. Xx

Hey, yea I've had tightening and stretching before but somehow this feels a little different. I wouldn't say it was like period pain. Hopefully it goes soon. X x
