Mine took over a month to be returned. If I were you I'd definitely chase yours up, should have had it back by now.

Here's the number 0300 330 1341

When can you apply for the certificate? I'm 18 weeks and the midwife didn't mention about it at my last appointment? Is it something I have to sort myself? Xx

SilverStars · 24/10/2014 19:33

Midwife sent it off for me on booking appointment as you are entitled to it as soon as seen them!

clover83 · 24/10/2014 19:49

Mine only took a fortnight - definitely chase.

My mw offered it to me at booking. My GP had actually already done it at 6 weeks, when she was prescribing my anti-emetics.

ELA88 · 24/10/2014 19:59

Hmm I need to speak to the midwife about information on NHS antenatal classes so think I'll ask her about that too. Do you reckon the GP surgery will have the form if I just pop in and get her to sign it? I've been paying for prescriptions and all sorts! I assumed you didn't get it till 20 weeks for some reason! Xx

My one came back after 2 weeks.

plannedshock · 24/10/2014 22:12

Thank you! Rang and they have never received it although I personally posted it!! I remember my first one came within 10 days, start again!
