37+4 bleeding after sex

had sex last night (was feeling brave) and went for a wee about an hour later and was bleeding, I put a pad on and just kept an eye on it for about half hour and stopped. Could it be my plug it was thin though and not thick mucus which ive been getting thick mucus for about 3 weeks anyway.

Baby's moving fine and no more bleeding today.

Likely you've just irritated your cervix a bit. But the best thing to do is call your midwife/labour ward and check with them
