Fruit and veg.. Toxoplasmosis

Hi all

So I just wondered how many of u wash all your fruit and veg?

I recently found out after eating at my aunts that she didn't and am now worried about toxoplasmosis. I always wash mine!

I had a tfmr at 20 weeks earlier this year so am probably super anxious and paranoid.

I wash all mine (except pre washed salad) but I wouldn't worry! Unless if it was caked in mud you'll be absolutely fine :)

I never wash fruit or veg that I eat raw (exception is Home grown lettuce as we have slugs) .
