21 weeks - anyone had this pain?

I'm 21 weeks with my second. My scan is tomorrow so I'm getting it checked out but I've had a pain to the right of my belly button /top of bump all day. It really hurts to touch and feels like a tearing or stitch-like pain. Lying in certain positions (on my side) helps but I can feel it pull when I take a deep breath. Baby has been moving around (a lot lower so I don't think it's baby) but what could it be and will it go?! I'm mildly concerned it could be the placenta but no cramps or bleeding. Could it be my stomach muscles separating or my uterus stretching? I don't remember this with my first at all. Any advice greatly received.

Hey, I'm 20 + 3, have had this too. It is quite scary, but yeah my midwife also said ligament pain. Stitch-like is exactly how I described it too.

Had the scan today and all fine with baby. I'm being investigated for liver problems though as my pain is still very much there. I don't think it can be round ligament pain. I've had that when I stand up too quickly - it's sharp but only lasts a few seconds then goes. I've also wondered if it might be a hernia or trapped nerve. Has anyone had anything like this?

I had that from 18 weeks, it's a growing thing, it's fine now at 31 weeks x
