hi all
I'm now 18 weeks pregnant and for the whole pregnancy so far all I have been able to keep down are carbs. toast, cereal, potatoes, anything relatively plain in that category.
thing is, apart from my pregnacare multivitamin, I'm not eating a varied diet with fruit and veg which worries me. One, for the baby that they're possibly not getting the right nutrients and two, for me as I have piled on the pounds from all this carb eating!!
I have suffered from nausea and sickness from 6 weeks and it doesn't seem to be shifting. I'm worried ill have to go through the next half of my pregnancy eating the same thing 
has anyone else found they can only stomach carbs? does anyone have any tips for getting fruit and veg into my diet without heaving it up again!?
