Knowing if waters have broken?

Hello
I have posted a few threads recently due to only being 25 weeks. The other day I suffered bleeding and pain and was told I was dilating and was given medication and released home, I feared my waters broke without noticing too but they said my waters were intact.

I feel like a drama queen when I contact them and I am worried they think that I am worrying too much when I am! :( My first baby but I myself was born at 26 weeks and I have been told that can mean that your only children are also born prematurely.

Okay so I am a bit reluctant to call the birthing suite again as I don't know what to say without them thinking "oh here we go again"

I was having period type pains and I checked my cervix (I know this is frowned upon but I had clean hands and I wanted to know) I probably could have put a whole finger inside of it if I had tried but I didn't but it was extremely low. I actually think I can feel the babies head too on the upper wall of my vagina close to my cervix. I have already lost my plug a few weeks ago. I am having no bleeding currently and only very mild pains. I always need a wee after every sip and I had just drunk a cup of tea and felt I needed a wee so went to the toilet and had a wee. Okay probably tmi but I am also VERY constipated, I tried to push to go for number 2 and nothing would come out but I got water dripping out of my vagina when I pushed. I pushed more and decided to put my finger tip inside my vagina a little way to see were the fluid was coming from and it appeared to be coming from my vagina every time I pushed. I took my finger out and the fluid was clear no smell and was really sticky. I washed my hands. It does not come out unless I push like I am going to the toilet. It might also be urine thats running down on to my finger but it has no smell and I don't need a wee when I do this.

Any ideas or advice? Again sorry for swarming these boards with my questions.
