30 weeks and contractions

I was allowed out of hospital last night with strict instructions to go back with any changes and to expect baby to arrive in the next 14 days.
Has anyone got any stories etc they could tell me about them being so early bad or good I want to prepare my brother was this early so I know there are some good ones but the hospital said they would discuss it if I started to dilate anymore which obviously hasn't put my mind at rest.

Have you had your steroid injections and did they give you drugs to stop the labour?

I has this happen at 32 weeks and Im still waiting for baby now at 38+6, so you may find the little one decides to stay put

My niece was born at 32 weeks and she was absolutely fine, she had two weeks in the hospital to make sure she weighed enough and could feed properly and was sent home when she weighed just over 5lbs with some iron supplements she had to have once a day mixed in a bottle! She's nearly two and her only problem is that she's just a bit more petite than others her age.

Keep an eye on yourself and rest and if you do notice anything different go in straight away so there's a chance you can have some steroid injections for babies lungs. :)

No not had the injections as there was no change for 48 hours so I think they are hoping will stop on their own but if there is a change I need to go in to make sure I can have the steroid for his lungs.

That's good thank you I couldn't get much out of them with what would be a worry if he was born now they just kept saying we will deal with it if it happens I know they need to cover themselves etc but I just need some reassurance.
Yeah just sat down finishing my work off on,y doing that otherwise I would start cleaning I dont do well having to sit still so trying to keep my mind occupied.
May have to order the baby things aswell not ready at all this time with ds1 I had everything ready by now and he was late so thought I would wait abit with this one I bet as soon as I've bought them contractions will stop and he'll make a late appearance aswell little monkey.
