It's natural to worry, but no symptoms doesn't necessarily mean there is a problem, even if you've had them in other pregnancies. I was curious about this and asked a doctor friend about it and she said the research showed that while there are general tendencies for how a particular woman's body responds to a pregnancy, each pregnancy can be totally different, and it's not unusual for a woman to have no symptoms at all having had massive ones before (or vice versa). I also know anecdotally of friends who've had the same experience as you (e.g. someone I know who has 4 children: had bad sickness with 3 of them and no symptoms with 1).

I hope that provides a bit of reassurance, and that all is well at the midwife appointment. I didn't really have any symptoms myself in the first trimester (though first pg so nothing to compare it to) and was paranoid right up to the 12 week scan that I'd had a mmc, so I do know what it feels like.
