I'm 34 weeks and need to start properly listening to my natal hypnotherapy CD. But it's so bloody boring I don't think I'm going to get anywhere with it. It makes me fall asleep. Or plan my shopping.

I'm having similar problems with my pregnancy yoga DVD, especially the breathing and relaxation parts.

This is dc2 so I know I'll kick myself if I don't find a way to get on with this in case I could have made things easier when the time comes. But I'm sooooo bored!!! Tell me I'm not the only one?

I don't think its my cup of tea either. Living in blissful ignorance is working well though! X

I keep falling asleep to the hypnobirthing app on my phone. I usually can't relax with this sort of thing but think I am just so exhausted it sends me straight to sleep! I don't really get how that is helpful in the long run- I haven't got beyond the first five minutes so no idea how it's going to help in labour! My yoga teacher tells me I'll be taking it in subconsciously but I am doubtful!

I used to fall asleep to it but fairly confident it still went in. I used it in labour and found it really helpful for getting me in the zone.
