What did you first get stretch marks?

How many weeks along were you when you could see your first stretch marks?

36 weeks

I was about 36 weeks too. My friend thought she'd escaped stretch marks then baby was late and she started to get them around her due date.

27 weeks here.

About 20 weeks, but on the underside of my breasts. I was a tiny size 4 pre pregnancy and my chest grew rapidly! I have a few wiggly ones on my sides but no new ones since 25 weeks and I'm 36 weeks now.

Never. Some people don't get them.

I never got any.

I had a few on my tummy before i got pregnant due to putting on a little to much weight in a fast time after i quit smoking. I am currently 15 weeks and i have noticed my stretch marks getting bigger! But not gained any weight so must be baby :)

I'm 38 weeks and have just got three small vertical ones above my lady bits! Sorry if tmi!

Great question, I've been wondering this to. I'm just 20 weeks and BIG due to twins, but no sign of them yet which I think is unbelievable!

None til the birth. They appeared about 3 days afterward. Just a few vertical ones really really low down.

No stretch marks here and I was huge.
I used coco butter and bio oil. No idea if those helped.

I got at least 2 a day in my last week of pregnancy, really thought I was going to escape getting them! They radiate out from my now disfigured belly button.

About 23 weeks, massive, dark angry things, looks like I'm unlucky! :(

41 weeks. Grrr, nearly got away with it :)

38 weeks

Honestly, 24 months on I hardly notice them, they def do fade and mercifully quickly!! Am 30 weeks with no2 though so keeping an eye out this time too!

Day after dd was born

I thought I was getting away without any then discovered a load under my boobs. They must have happened very early as boobs grew massive at the beginning of pregnancy.

39 weeks 4 days... gutted!

About 37/38 weeks my belly just split. Big wide purple stripes from pubis to ribs. I've learnt to be proud of them - I never really got my belly out before I was pg so nothing much has changed and dh admires them as a badge of honour.
