Any recommendations and prices? I know Kings do it for £80, any cheaper available? Most seem to be £100+. I want one for about 8 weeks. I'm currently 5 weeks and very anxious due to previous mmc. I'm seeing GP later today and will beg for one at my epu but not got high hopes.

£80 is the cheapest I've heard of. The scans I had in London were £150 for a standard scan and I think the 16wk & harmony test was about £400 ish.

Have you tried the Portland?

£80 seems a good price for an early scan, not sure if you will find it cheaper. I paid £99 for an 8 week scan at babybond, who have clinics in several London Mothercare stores, and they were excellent. They do a basic 12 week scan for £39 and gender scan for £49 so id recommend them for any later reassurance type extra scans you might want to have.
Good luck for your pregnancy, I had a MC at 12 weeks in my last pregnancy so know how you are feeling! My 8 week scan this time really helped put my mind at ease and I felt totally happy spending the money to have that reassurance.
