Sickness/No energy/Coping with toddler...

I am 7 weeks with number 2. I started feeling sick before I even took a test, 5 days before my period was due. Yesterday was by far my worst day, must have been sick 15+ times, only thing I successfully-ish kept down was water. I have put this down to the fact I had only had 5.5 hrs sleep due to work and 17 month old early rising. I have been through all this before with my first, was vomiting every day until 22 weeks. Today I am mostly lying down which helps but ultimately not practical with toddler, work and house to attempt to run (badly). I am feeling pretty low today knowing I am only 7 weeks and already feeling this bad with potentially 3 months of feeling like this to go! Any words of wisdom? Or anyone in the same boat? I tried sickness bands, peppermint, ginger, all manner of snacks and whatnot last time. I had a very unsympathetic doctor who offered meds but said they wouldn't work and might harm baby so probably no point! I have moved since then but have no confidence in current gp either, I don't think it's HG as can keep water down so am I just being a complete wuss?!
