Is this a miscarriage?

Hi - I'm 24 and this will be my third pregnancy after two m/c (one at 5 weeks which was more like a chemical pregnancy the mw explained) and one stopped growing at 6w2d (found out at 8w reassurance scan.)

Just found out I am about 4w5d pregnant, no sore boobs at all which I have had both other times, but I have constipation, wind, tiredness etc.

However, last night I woke with cramping (quite bad, went to toilet but no blood) and it has eased this morning. Combining that with the lack of sore boobs etc, beginning to think this could be another m/c, or am I guaranteed to get sore boobs with every pregnancy?

I do everything right (folic acid, correct diet, no alcohol etc) and was just wondering what anyone elses syptoms/stories related are? So worried this is happening again and do not understand why :(

Sorry to hear about your previous mc's Kezza the symptoms you describe could just be the pregnancy implanting, a scan this early on won't show much but that's clearly what you need in the next few days, can you see your GP they may do a reassurance scan early or even blood tests!

It's a horrible worry when you have been through it twice, I have too and had awful backache and other symptoms but now have 2 DC will keep my fingers crossed for you! It's not always bad news but I know you must feel like that, stay strong and good luck.
