Possible 3rd m/c?

Hi - I'm 24 and this will be my third pregnancy after two m/c (one at 5 weeks whioch was more like a chemical pregnancy) and one stopped growing at 6w2d.
Just found out I am about 4w5d pregnant, no sore boobs at all which I have had both other times, but I have constipation, wind, tiredness etc.
However, last nighbt I woke with cramping (quite bad, went to toilet but no blood) and eased this morning. Combining that with the lack of sore boobs etc, beginning to think this could be another m/c.
I do everything right (folic acid, correct diet, no alcohol etc) and was justw ondering ewhat anypone elses syptoms could be? So worriedf this is happening again and why :(

I'd say cramping at this stage is very normal and no blood is a great sign. At 4wks and 5days the lack of symptoms is not concerning at all as the hormones may not have risen high enough to take proper effect. Most people report symptoms around 6 weeks plus so do not fret. Perhaps give you early pregnancy unit a phone and find out if you could get an early scan?

Cramping without bleeding was my first sign of pregnancy both times. DD is now 4 and I'm 23 weeks pregnant with DC2.
