Have had this a couple of times and it is really bad right now. I've generally been suffering with hip/pelvis pain this pregnancy - but every now and then, when I am least expecting it I get a real "pulling" pain in my leg.
I've just been sat down fine for a couple of hours and when I got up to walk it was agony. Feels like I'm really pulling on a tendon from my crotch to the front of my thigh?
Any ideas? I feel like some stretches and exercises will help but which ones?
I will make a referral asap to physio
