3 wheeled buggy talk

I had a friend over yday who advised me to test buggies for tall people, ones that have no bar running along bottom.
Can anyone recommend a 3 wheeled buggy for tall folk please?!

DH is 6'2" and uses our Nipper 360 quite happily. It does have a brake bar across the back, but it is high enough not to get in the way of walking.

I have some tall friends who have finally settled on s Baby Jogger GT.

Bikerunski, thanks for that. Really like the look of the Nipper 360. Perfect for DH who likes to run everywhere!

Excellent, is the front wheel fixed or does it swivel?

Ah, same problem here - I'm 5ft, he's 6ft with long legs. After trying out a mate's 3 wheeler, we went for a 4 wheel version of the City Jogger in the end - no bar for him to kick, but still has the easy fold thingy.

We have a baby jogger summit X3, my dh is 6ft 3in and he likes the high handle bar, I'm 5ft 4in and it's good for me too. We both run and have no problem with it, it also has a swivel front wheel that can be locked.

It can swivel or fix I think

I'm 5'11" and DH is 6'2". We've gone for a Mamas and Pappas Zoom. Bean due in 6 weeks so haven't tried it our in earnest yet, but worked ok pushing it around the shop!

The Jane Trider has a curved bar and handbrake so nothing to kick

Incapinka · 05/10/2014 18:59

We have a mountain buggy. DH 6'6/'f has no problems.

blankfornames · 05/10/2014 20:37

Incapinka, we were thinking of the mountain buggy to be honest. Your DH is taller than mine at 6 ft 4 so glad to hear it works for him. It's all mind boggling really!! Thanks so much ladies!
