Hospital Bag - I know this has been done a thousand times but I don't need to know what to put in it.

I need to know how to manage everything as i seriously can't remember from last time around.

Should I do 1 bag for baby and 1 bag for me - enough to last maybe 3 days incase of section?

Should I do a labour bag and a ward bag ?

Or

Should I just do one bag with enough to get us through a couple of hours in hospital with a back up bag with extra's to be left in the car ?

Sounds like such a stupid question but seriously can't remember what I did last time

I did one bag for Labour room and left another bag in the car with 'hospital stay' stuff in it

i did a labour bag and ward bag. I really don't thjink you need to pack for three days enither. If you need more things, then your dp can bring it in for you. I only packed for the first 24 hours, evne withr my elective section. Plus in my experiences the baby clothes I've packed have usually been too big or small so I have needed replacements anyway!

Think this is what I done last time, a labour bag and then a ward bag.
Really don't want to have to rely on DH to bring anything up to the hospital that isn't already packed as he'll have DD to contend with and its just a disaster waiting to happen.

Think I will go down the labour/ward route.

Didn't know you could bags with 2 compartments in - I will keep a look out
