Using "magnetic" nose strips in pregnancy?

Hi.
I am currently about 4 months pregnant, and confused about if it is safe to use nose strips during pregnancy. (for blackheads).
I usually use Revitale deeply absorbent nose strips.

The ingredients are:
Aqua, PVP, Butylene Glycol, Dimethicone Copolyol, Iron Oxide black (CI 77499), Titanium Dioxide, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Extract, Melaleuca Alermifolia (Tea Tree) Extract, Silica, Polyquaternium-11, Menthol, Methyl Paraben.

What is worrying me is at the front it says: "DEEP MAGNETIC CLEANSING- contains natural charcoal extracts with magnetic cleansing systems."
Is this "magnetic" technology safe to use?

Any advice welcome please! :)

I use pore strips all the time not the same brand but I'm sure the ingredients are around the same and I've never even thought if it I can't see there being any problems x
