ShockShockShockShock

Just found out I am 4/5 weeks pregnant.

Totally unexpected, in utter shock! Had unprotected sex once, stupidly assumed we'd not get pregnant from a one off.

DS is 10 months. So a 19 month gap. Someone reassure me that all will be ok?!?!

We are absolutely thrilled, just totally shocked. Hadn't planned on TTC until January.

I have a surprise DS from a one off :) Also a 19 month age gap.
Bloody hard work for the first 9 months but soooooooo much fun, they are 3.3 and 20 months now

Congratulations!

I have a twenty month age gap - it was hard when I was pg as DS was a non compliant bolter, but it has been a GREAT age gap. They play together and like the same stuff.

Cogtatulations!!! I'm 8 weeks after a 1-off unprotected romp too! This is my first though. It really does only take one time!! :-s

Congratulations, my dad and aunt are a 15 month gap and so close! It will be great.

Thank you! There are 17 months between me and my older brother. We're super close, I can see all the pro's... But I'm scared!!

First, congrats!!

Secondly, I fell pregnant one month after surgery. One time stand as well.
My kids are going to be 13 month apart! Jup you read it right 13 month. I don't know how it will be once baby is born (I hope easier) but now it is hard. DS started lately to be very clingy. He would fall asleep on his own but now wants to fall asleep in my arm or I have to put him in the pram (which is getting to small for him and then he only takes half an hour naps instead of 1 - 1 1/2 hour)

I'm 37 weeks and have Braxton hicks that are so painful I thought baby is coming.

Oh and try to nap when your little one naps otherwise your kid will want to play and you will fall asleep while playing with them Grin

We have 18 months between our 2 and it's great. 2nd child was planned but happened a lot faster than we thought it would! I was in shock and worried at the beginning of the pregnancy, and the first few months are tricky (feels like you're never going to be able to go for a wee by yourself without a baby or toddler with you!) but after the first year it's fab. Now (aged 2and3) it can often feel easier than having just one, as they play together and are good at amusing themselves.
Good luck!
