Just found out im pregnant help!!

Hi im new to this site and just hoping i can get some advise, this is my first ever pregnancy and im really scared something is going to go wrong.
i worry a lot!! anyway i found out last night and ever since felt really sick, i have stomach cramps (like period pains) and shattered!! are all these normal??

Totally normal!
the period type pains is your womb stretching you will get them now and again it felt like mine was aching all the time!
I felt sick alot of the time round certain foods and ur gonna feel tired until around 12 weeks when u start 2nd tri you will feel much better!

This is my first pregnancy to so i know how you feel, i was constantly checking my pants for blood scared something would be wrong but all been fine :)

Im currently 13 weeks and don't even feel pregnant half the time :)

Congratulations!

Yes, think some tummy cramps are quite normal as long as they are not severe and there is no bleeding.

Tiredness is totally normal too, as is the worrying! I worried the whole way through my 1st trimester thinking I'd be fine once I got to the 12 weeks scan. I am now 30 weeks and still worried! I hear the worry never stops even when the LO is in their 30s and getting married or whatever. Just the joy of parenthood I guess!

If you aren't already, I would start taking a pregnancy vitamin or folic acid. Also have a read of this - quite useful I think.
