tmi alert mucus plug 15 weeks

I'm 15 weeks and was unsuccessfully trying to do a poo this morning (sorry) and what looked like my mucus plug came out (of my fanjita). Should I be worried or will I just make a new one? Has anyone else had this ? Thanks!

I think it can regenerate if a bit comes loose so don't worry. Obvs if you start to feel crampy or bleed etc contact your mw/hosp - but I expect it's the constipation strain just putting pressure on your bits. Pregnancy is so glamorous!
