I'm 37 weeks tomorrow and for the past couple of days when I need the toilet I'm getting a really sharp pain in my pelvic area/bladder 
it's instantly relieved once I go to the toilet but really is painful. I don't feel as though I have a water infection at all but thinking this could be a possibility.
Anyone else? Never had this with my first.
