Hi I'm not a mother to be but I was hoping you could help anyway :)

My partner and I are 20 weeks pregnant and she is really suffering with pain in her back and hips. I have found a local hotel spa that offers prenatal massage but was wondering if anyone else here has used them?
I'd like to book it as a little supride for her but have read many stories of people wasting their money so.... erm, help?!!

Thank you in advance

Hi There,

Haven't been to that particular spa but I have had prenatal massages before and they are lovely, very relaxing. I think it's a really nice idea.

see this is what I've read, if they are done well and into the deep tissues in the right area then it will really relieve the discomfort shes in but if the wrong spots it will do the reverse or simply be worthless.......

Fingers crossed someones been! Thank you for your thoughts and inout though :)
