Very happy, am now pregnant with our second child but I'm approx 6-8 weeks but have a huge, high bump already! Could this signify twins? No twins in either side of mine or my hubby family but I'm do big and so are my boobs! I can't get comfortable already as laying in certain way hurts bump! I wake in night to boobs throbbing and thick blue n green like coloured veins running thought them... They are rock hard! Are these signs of a multiple pregnancy ie, twins??? Xx
