I have been using the olbus inhaler sticks at night when bunged up.

Now i hear bad things about decongestant when breast feeding, what about when pregnant?

I asked the pharmacist and they said the Vick inhaler sticks or rub was all that was recommended. I assume the olbas stick is pretty much the same?

Try Sterimar, it's a saline solution and safe in pregnancy.

I am 37 weeks and for the last 3 nights have had 2 sniffs of sinex before bed. I literally can't breathe without it. Midwife was laid back about it and told me it was fine and I think getting proper sleep at this stage is more important! I wouldn't have used anything like this pre 20 odd weeks ish though....
