Hot cheeks

I just found out this week I am pregnant and must be around 3-4 weeks. Haven't had any symptoms yet but today my cheeks feel like they are burning up. Anyone else had this?

Yes mine lasted all the first tri. I would wake up looking like I was wearing last night's blusher. It went in the 2nd, but back in the 3rd.
Saves money on rouge I guess..
