Just wondering, can you get the Boots Parenting Club offers for your second baby or do the offers just apply for your first? And if you can, how? It doesn't seem to be anywhere obvious on the website!
TIA.

Yes you can. I've had it with all four of my DCs.

I think its under 'my details' on the website. You can also add second child/pregnancy in store on the advantage card machines.

I've just looked and you need to be registered with boots.com and link your advantage card. Once your done that, log in and at the top you can click on your name and get a drop down menu.

Select 'my account' then 'advantage card account' from the menu on the left. Then click 'parenting club' and finally the 'join now' box.

You should then be able to add a new due date or child.

I hope that all makes sense. If not you can ask in store and someone should e able to show you how to sort it on the advantage card machine in store.

How long did everyone's packs take to come? I signed up a couple of months ago and still not received!

woodwaj · 27/09/2014 18:56

Mine took 2 months. I had to email them to chase it. They said they had sent it out in May and must have got lost in the post. Which is odd because i wasnt pregnant in May!! I also believe they are getting rid of the advantage card machines in store!

If you sign up online you may have to chase by phone. I signed up on the website and it logged my due date but didn't register me any further with the club. Rang up about 6 weeks later and was told it hadn't worked so the chap did it over the phone.

Thanks all - I called them eventually and they sorted it out for me over the phone. Although the details had been logged online there had been a computer error and it didn't register me properly with the club. I don't seem to have been the only one this happened to, so Boots, if you're reading, please address this issue!

I've never had a pack, but then I won't be using Boots now.
